Terms and Conditions for Mountainview Auto Spa

1. Introduction By accessing and using the services of Mountainview Auto Spa, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Agreement All services provided by Mountainview Auto Spa will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional services or costs will be communicated and approved by the client.

3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability Mountainview Auto Spa will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear to a vehicle prior to detailing. Clients are encouraged to inspect and discuss any concerns before service begins.

6. Governing Law Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.

7. Changes to Terms Mountainview Auto Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on the website.
